We want you to get the care you deserve.
Introduction
For the past twenty years, I have been obsessed with health—my own, my patients’, my children’s, and health in general. Throughout my career, I have worn many hats in medicine, helping countless individuals, relieving suffering, and providing effective treatment. Yet, I find myself questioning why so many patients don’t truly get better despite my best efforts. Why is there so much suffering? And how can I help fix a healthcare system that is often broken, ineffective, and unfair?
Now, I am choosing to redesign how I practice medicine and redefine what patients can expect from their psychiatrist. For too long, psychiatry has focused on symptom management and functional impairments while neglecting quality of life and the burdens of severe side effects. I have also witnessed the stark differences in care between those who have resources and those who do not. My mission is to eliminate that disparity in a scalable, fair, and effective way—leveraging technology, innovation, and common sense to transform mental healthcare.
Who…
I am an addiction psychiatrist, psychedelic medicine practitioner, thinker, artist, lifelong fitness enthusiast, father, husband, lover, athlete, and human.
What…
I treat patients from all walks of life.
I offer basic psychiatric and psychopharmacology services.
I practice problem solving therapy and coaching.
I offer consultations on complex substance use cases (and in some cases treat).
I believe and work out of a sound bodies & sound minds approach and base my recommendations and basic principles of movement, metabolics, mental health pillars, and purpose.
I believe in the right for every human being to have access to psychedelics and safe spaces.
I treat those who are at the lowest of their lowest who need a lot of assistance and supportive services, to those who need help making certain life decisions (as well as everyone in between). In essence, what I truly do is help people change.
Why...
After 20 years as an addiction psychiatrist in NYC, I have seen the limitations of our tools. I have witnessed how the pharmaceutical industry profits from prolonging suffering rather than curing disease—fueling epidemics instead of ending them.
I believe healthcare should be affordable, fair, and never owned—only shared. It should be a partnership between patient and provider, rooted in trust and mutual understanding.
I believe plant medicine is the best medicine. I believe the patient is the healer.
I am on a mission to shift humanity’s relationship with resources, the animal world, and ourselves. By helping people understand their needs, desires, and how to meet them effectively, we can create a world of true and lasting peace—one where resources are shared, respected, and honored, and where a fair, sustainable economy serves all.
How…
First, we meet. We get a thorough understanding of who you are, where you have been, and where you are going (and why).
We assess the basic pillars of your health and mental health, and come up with a plan specifically designed for you and with you.
True healing goes beyond medication—it requires a comprehensive approach that nurtures both mind and body. We focus on optimizing brain health through targeted supplements, balanced nutrition, exercise, and quality sleep, creating the ideal conditions for lasting change.
For eligible patients, ketamine supplementation can be a powerful tool to enhance neuroplasticity and facilitate transformation. However, it is most effective when integrated into a whole-health plan that supports long-term resilience and well-being.
Our goal is not just symptom relief but meaningful, sustainable healing.
We do this with transparent pricing. On most occasions, your insurance will pay for the consultation.
