Not an emergency service

Vando Telehealth does not provide crisis or emergency services. If you are in crisis, call 988 or 911 immediately.

Privacy and HIPAA

All clinical communication takes place over HIPAA-compliant platforms. Your protected health information (PHI) is handled in accordance with HIPAA and applicable state regulation.

Electronic communication

Unencrypted email is not a secure channel for clinical information. Please use the patient portal or video consultation for communications containing PHI.
